Sunken Fire Hydrant and surrounding pothole

Reported via desktop in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 10:49, Sun 31 October 2021

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3094380.

This is a hazard to cyclists, particularly when motor vehicles park badly in the adjoining lay-by and extend into the highway and unseen during heavy rain. This is possibly the responsibility of Southern Water and been reported to WSCC Highways previously over several years.
