Road flooded, impassable due to blocked drain.

Drain here does not work. Resultant run-off from Winchester Road is collecting on the side road (impassable, see photos), and polluting adjoining SSSI. Drain needs digging out fully to repair, as just sending a tanker to remove the water does not fix the problem.
