The wooden barrier at the edge of the parking area on the east side of Cortis Avenue has deteriorated and collapsed, leaving metal straps loose at about 25 - 35cm above the ground. The corners of these straps are sharp and present a significant risk of injury to passerby and animals, particularly at night when they are difficult to see.
