Street lighting out on Elibank street 2 poles with no lighting at top of right side of hill

Street lighting been out since october in Drumlochy Road Ruchazie G33 and Elibank Street Ruchazie G33 . Both streets have been reported twice now this is third. Delivery drivers cant see numbers on doors so chapping all doorsfor assistance. Please help bring light to our street
