Considering the cost of the childrens park ‘furniture’ which must be thousands of pounds worth which is paid from our council tax, I am appalled that it’s not kept in better condition. If it’s left to rot and decay, replacing the climbing frames etc will be far more expensive than sending a team with a jet wash and a scrubbing brush. I visited with my grandchildren this week and couldn’t believe how neglected the play area was, and I had to pay £1.20 for the privilege!
