Q10. Please give brief details of your complaint or compliment below I complained about this issue back in November 2021 and in October 2021 in November 26/11/2021 your reply was the Daisy Grey cafe had been issued with an enforcement notice the no parking signs are still on the walls outside 3 In total and also a cone why are they still there. The parking is a nightmare in Commonside weekends are worse as householders we cannot put these signs up we constantly have people driving around dreadful car fumes blocking our drives all for a parking place there is a large carpark also Why is this cafe above bromley council and the enforcement notice myself and neighbours cannot believe it why is it taking so long the road has become dangerous due to crowds collecting take away coffee but more than that bromley council your enforcement notice is not fit for purpose why has it not been actioned and you check to see they are still on the wall I have also emailed and sent Alexa Michael a letter myself and my neighbours are not letting this matter go we have all lived in Commonside a long time and understand Keston is a lovely place but the parking is a nightmare Q11. What action (if any) would you like us to take? to remove the signs immediately this has been going on too long and it stinks somebody mentioned favouritism

LBB has attended and noted upon arrival that the unauthorised signage previously attached to the front of these premises has been removed, please see images above. One of these signs has been attached to the side of this property and overlooks a private hard standing indicating no parking on the private hard standing and not the public highway. This is not an offence and this sign may remain in situ. We have spoken directly with the business owner who assures us that he will not attach any further unauthorised signage to his premises. LBB considers this matter to now be resolved.
