Illegal drive way

I am renting in the home above and have had nothing but complaints about a renting tenant downstairs he’s cause hassle in past and with my landlord when I’ve had people in to fix heaters and electricans they’ve told not to park in front of his drive way and move car while carrying out a service in my home he’s pestered my agency if there’s tradesmen out doing anything to leave job and move it I’ve only lived here 2 months he sent a cheeky letter through door I have proof of saying it’s now got ramps out and his partner using her mother’s car and he has lied and said we’ve parked in it to agency with his antisocial behaviour and moans about my car parking in front or near it when I try to park close to My home as partner is 5 months pregnant and has hip problems and back problems and can’t walk far and now thinks because ramps are out it’s legal it has no dropped curbs just to see what my rights are here I’ve been told don’t park in front but it isn’t dropped?
