Severn Trent have said they are not responsible for repairs to their manhole installations, although they use it to unblock blockages that occur from a new build of houses in Moorbrooke frequently, it is in a bridle path so apparently No One Owns it. No motor vehicles should be using this access of moorwood lane other than the cattery and 1 to 7 moorbrooke occupants Visitor to either should use parking provided by moorbrooke residents
