Public Toilets Thornhill Park & Ride

Sent to Oxford City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3081773.

Today I had to use the ladies public toilets at Thornhill Park & Ride. I was very disappointed & shocked at their condition for the following reasons: 1. 2 out of the 3 toilets were out of order 2. There was no soap in any of the dispensers which is not acceptable when everybody is trying to stop the spread of COVID 3. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling & the sink were in a very poor state.
