At the corner of Barnham broom road and sawmills close there is a complete obstruction of the pavement due to an overgrown hedge. It is impossible to walk past on the pavement. I reported this in July and nothing has been done. It is dangerous as I have to walk on the road with a toddler and a baby in a pram.
