Sent to Vale of Glamorgan Council 3 minutes later
The underground stream, or blocked culvert, or whatever it is, has been spilling water out onto the pavement and across the road for more than a year. In icy weather, the road and pavement is covered with black ice. No-one seems to be taking responsibility with everyone blaming each other. It needs to be sorted out by someone before ice causes a serious accident.

Someone from Engineering Projects rang to say there were 'on the case', but the area was so wet that they could not inspect properly. It has rained even more since then and the whole area is becoming ever more waterlogged. I am beginning to suspect they are not trying very hard to fix it!

The council is now in the process of creating a path down the hillside beside this stream and so have dealt with the problem; hopefully it is now permanently solved
