Scooter rack is hazard to visually impaired

You have installed two e-scooter racks, one on the W side of Magdalen Bridge and one by the junction of Holywell st and Mansfield Rd, that are hazards to the visually inpaired (such as myself). It is incredibly easy for us to trip over those scooters which stick out into the pavement at ankle height. The one on Magdalen Bridge takes up half the width of a heavily used pavement next to a very busy road. It could be moved up to be next to the bench (ie nearer the river). The one in Holywell Street is popular and often overflows into what is already a narrow pavement; it could be relocated in Mansfield Road near Jowett walk. Please bring this to the attenstion of your disability service too.
