Left over signs, cones , general rubbish

After we think repair of metal drain all of the safety signage, cones , old metal work is strewn along the A32 and had to be moved off the road surface This has been there 3 months with similar left overs adjacent A32 towards Farringdon and on the Chawton roundabout. The problem seems to be passed from Hcc to EHDC and then forgotton about. This needs sorting NOW ! Local Councillors are aware and will be going further up the chain if problems not cleared!
