Road drainage problem

Road drainage problem along this section of road drain outside Brownings Orchard totally blocked with water run off from Stank lane flowing along road edges and into GILLS HOUSE depositing mud. Gully and drainage system between THATCHERS NOOK and the LIMES is TOTALLY blocked. There is a manhole cover under the fir trees in THATCHERS NOOK but pipework is ??
