Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3075418.

The A285 is closed, the diversion takes people through Midhurst. The issue is that an already narrow part of the route at Rumbolds Hill in Midhurst, is half blocked due to scaffolding with no signals, it’s a who dares wins situation. Causing traffic in the directions along the A286 and A272. Can some temporary signals be put in?
