Flooding in the underpass

This underpass is constantly flooding. There are 3 schools who would use this. One of those schools is a special needs school. My disabled daughter had to walk all the way round to get to where the car was parked. Parking in the park should be encouraged to reduce traffic outside of schools however parents can't take the risk that this underpass will be flooded. Please can something be done to fix this permanently

  • Flooding has gone, but not sure if anyone has addressed the problem so that this doesn't happen next time it rains.
