Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Mattress dumped by Charlton Cars, partly on public footpath. Bins permanently on pavement outside 38-40 with litter, including old face masks, getting trapped in between. Bins permanently on pavement outside 46. Extra bags get dumped there once bins are full and animals rip them open Mattress dumped outside 48. Bins on pavement outside 64. Gutters and drain gratings blocked with leaves especial near Elliscombe Road junction. Many of these are long term problems and have been reported previously but no action is taken. Disgusting.

  • "Private land"! Don't make me laugh! The mattresses by Charlton Cars may be on private land (though they migrate) but the rest of the rubbish, the free range wheelie bins and the blocked drains ARE ON THE PUBLIC HIGHWAY.
