Road drain sump blocked opposite Stable Barn, NR95PQ

This road drain near the bottom of a long shallow hill gets a large amount of field debris washed into it, so that the sump eventually fills up with grit and mud.

Updates

  • Highways dept have acknowledged the issue, but stated that it may take up to 6wks to resolve........ so two more weeks still to go...... hoping it doesn't rain too much in the next fortnight!
