'Keep Clear' sign painted on the road just about worn out traffic cannot proceed from the traffic lights on Evington Lane as the near side is blocked by the traffic pop up cones and Traffic coming from Evington cannot see the 'Keep Clear' sign it is so faint and vehicles need to enter the Golf Club car park from either side, could the KEEP CLEAR sign be repainted please

I am writing on behalf of the Leicestershire Golf Club Secretary/Manager Mr Simon Collingwood who has asked me to contact you. My name is Mr Graham Smith 8 Sycamore Close LE2 2RN a member of the golf club, I contacted you by phone over 5 years ago with a similar request and the road was repainted within 2 weeks, it has lasted very well as the traffic load is very heavy and Evington Lane has been reduced to single Lanes by the Pop up Cones, Many thanks
