Unfinished tarmacing job

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3069808.

Road works of re tarmacing road job started two week ago but street not finished only half done. Part that not finished outside my house, left unsafe to walk on lots of potholes and loose stones which fly up when drivers go through street hitting my car
