Speeding traffic

From the roundabout to Kilby Bridge, the A5199 should really be 30mph now that new houses have been built on either side of the road. Having a 40mph limit is not enough to slow drivers down, they still see it as part of the country roads and travel at speeds of at least 50mph. This poses danger to the families who live along the road, to pedestrians who walk along the pavements, and causes a very noisy environment to those living next to the road. I wonder if you'd be kind enough to discuss and consider lowering the speed limit and perhaps installing a speed camera? Many thanks
