Piles of rubbish and bins outside 23 Earl St

Reported via mobile in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 09:36, Monday 18 October 2021

Sent to Oxford City Council less than a minute later

Overflowing wheelie bins, bags of rubbish in non-council bags and food waste bins/ bags being left outside 23 Earl Street all week long, not just on collection day. This is causing an obstruction on the pavement, bad smells, bins being torn open by animals and contents strewn across road as well as been an eyesore for other residents.
