An engineer attended site, however upon investigation, he found that the fault is with the Underground Cables that supply the light. This fault has been passed to SSE Power Distribution, who are responsible for these cables. They will repair the fault no later than 12/11/2021 and provided us a reference number of JA2722

Very rapid response from HCC to identify fault. This was diagnosed as an underground cable fault so required work by SSE. This took much longer but was fixed within the estimated fix date and I was kept informed throughout. So good collaboration. Just need to improve SSE response time.
