Between 15-22 Clifton Road HP^ 5PU

Reported via desktop in the Footpath / pavement problem category anonymously at 10:34, Friday 15 October 2021 using FixMyStreet Pro

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Since the spoil heap from the gas works on the Chesham Road was moved further down Clifton Road (basically just moving the traffic problems it is causing further down the road), the heap has grown in length and width and the contractor is just enlarging the fenced-off area to accommodate more spoil (with removal of spoil being irregular). As a result, the width of the spoil obstruction has severely narrowed the road, meaning cars and lorries/ coaches (using Clifton Road to bypass the lights) are frequently mounting the pavement outside 15 Clifton road, endangering pedestrians, especially as the road is unlit and the nights are drawing in.
