Where trenches have been dug across the whole width of the road in the past, these have sunk and every trailer, articulated truck, scaffolding truck etc, in fact anything that rattles as it goes over these dips causes excessive noise. This week is a case in point as there has been heavy trucks coming into Abingdon through the night and each one booms as it goes over these dips in the road, even though we are on Coleridge Drive opposite these dips in the road we can feel the house shaking !!!

As above , the sunken trenches across the width of Drayton Rd have been there for a long time and have got worse with articulated trucks and heavy traffic... .
