As of yesterday this debris was still in the ditch. I'.ve been able to drag it on to the grass verge alongside the road where it is now fully visible when driving slowly past, immediately opposite a metal gate to a field. Please remove this material - a plastic vehicle bumper and a small bag of assorted ?electrical items
