Damage to signage and tree

Reported via desktop anonymously at 18:00, Wed 13 October 2021

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3060817.

A hay lorry took out the phone line up the road towards Brent Pelham and then reversed into the bank at the end of our property damaging the chevron sign and knocking over the footpath sign as well as breaking branches in the adjacent tree. The footpath sign may fall and hurt someone whilst the branch is likely to come down in the next strong wind blocking the road and potentially damaging vehicles or property.
