Rubbish always falling off this skip into the street

This area is always covered in rubbish, it's really unpleasant. I take my young daughter to nursery there and we are always having to dodge old food and nappies. This skip is full completely to bursting, it isn't cleared and refuse seems to constantly fall off into the street from it. The skip needs to be cleared by whoever is using it and the rubbish on the street cleared up.

The area generally needs more regular street cleaning.
