Water Leak On Road - Risk of accidents

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Winchester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3056708.

There is a water leak outside the semi-derelict house on the east side of this road. The water is visible on the tarmac in dry weather. The location is where the road was dug up a few months ago for utility work. This water will create ice in the weeks ahead leading to a risk of accidents as it's on a bend with a slight incline on either side.
