Railings along seafront dangerously lose.

These cast iron railings are I understand sheduled to be removed, but if you lean against them you're soon aware they are not attached to the ground!! This is opposite the Rock Garden Flats.

Burgundy van dumped I think ,windows open and mattress inside .been there a good few weeks now and hasn’t moved .has a note on it saying lost keys but doesn’t seem true
