I have been living in Kirkstall in Leeds for two months now and have been walking my dogs along the canal. I pointed a bin on the map. I have never seen that bin other than overflowing with trash. This bin is constantly full, see pictures taken on different dates. The Council must organise proper collections at regular intervals of time.

Updates

Since I reported the problem, I went back to this park several times and unfortunately on every single occasion this bin was still very full and overflowing.
