High fence at rear of Charles Avenue property has been blown down & is hanging dangerously over the access path to rear garden of 6 Stanley Close Louth LN11 8EE. Owner of Charles Street property is denying ownership of the fence. This path is used weekly by resident for bin collection & also is a danger to children living at 5 Stanley Close.

  • East Lindsey District council are saying it is the responsibility of Lincolnshire County Council. The postcode is LN11 0DS not 8EE as stated previously. If Lincolnshire Council could respond please.
