The street is constantly full of rubbish and recycling items since most of the bins container have no lids and when the wind blows it spreads it around.

    Hi, The street gets very dirty over the weekend. Can another recycling bin be provided with a larger mouth to facilitate the rubbish drop off for items like tv and furniture cardboard boxes?
