Overgrown shrubs blocking footpath

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3052604.

Footpath from corner of Throgmorton, along Tresham Crescent towards Waitrose, is blocked. Barely room for one person, no room for buggy or smaller children with adult - have to step in to road. Pavement access less than half normal width. Possibly from first house on Throgmorton but could be council owned bit. Been bad for months
