Cars are regularly parking on Grove Lane Headingley outside and opposite Highgate House on double yellow lines causing problems for residents and other road users.

  • The police had to have the van moved as it nearly caused n accident.

    Cars are parking on the grass opposite more than ever. If one gets away with it then they all park there.
