Dangerous parking and abandoned van

Vehicles constantly park here between Fircroft and pine close, it’s dangerous and inconsiderate as it’s impossible to pull out of Fircroft as you can’t see what’s coming, see photo. Traffic measures need to be put in place along this stretch, this van has been parked for many weeks and is clearly abandoned. I asked about buying the land here behind my house but was refused for visibility reasons, what a complete joke. Please put measures in place to stop parking on this part of hornbeam road.
