Prickly bush over grown and cutting

Hello I reported this in the summer but it still has not been cut, the bush on the way to the park from plumpton road to the little bridge in this photo is very over grown and children are cutting themselves and ripping clothes on the prickly bush, this is a main pathway to get to the fitness area Thank you for your help Emma
