Near miss - Child nearly hit by car

This morning a car parked on the pavement, a child left the car and ran round to the front of the vehicle and into the road. Car coming down the road line of site was obstructed by the car parked on the pavement and had to undertake an emergency stop. Please add this incident to whoever needs to know to ensure that better traffic management is undertaken in this area. Your camera traffic car was in the area at the time and probably captured the car parked.
