People parked in private car park ,in our flats that aren't residents .

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3048174.

They have been reported. But nothing has been done. Residents can't park sometimes. The flats are Leeds and Yorkshire housing association.

I don't think they are Road taxed.
