Cattle grid HCC 047 access gate

Sent to Hampshire County Council and New Forest District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3046724.

The access gate for pedestrians and horse riders has a broken latch. I've tied it shut with bailing twine to prevent new forest cattle or ponies from getting out onto the main roads. It's a large square loop latch for hooking with a riding crop.
