Abandoned car

Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3045079.

Car appeared a week or two ago and appears to have been abandoned. The car has now been vandalised by what appears to be black paint. Car is a red Nissan MIcra Reg No. T143DBX
