Parking on double yellows/obstructing junction box

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3042986.

Cars that might belong to a private residence next to the electrical junction box, are repeatedly parked on the double yellow lines, narrowing the already very narrow street reducing visibility around the corner, and also obstructing access to the junction box.
