Dangerous stones on the side of the highway.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3040581.
Stone structure erected on verge in a position where it can severely damage passing vehicles. Currently hidden by grass so not visible to drivers on a very narrow road where it is often necessary to move into the side in order to pass opposing traffic traffic. I believe this structure has already damaged at least one vehicle and presents an on-going hazard, especially to drivers not aware of its presence. Currently hidden by long grass. This has been reported several times and nothing has been done. Then highways have the audacity to say report closed. We have already had one damaged vehicle caused by these obstructions.
