  • ## UPDATE ## I took these photos on 20th Oct and it is obvious that the drain is NOT removing rain water at any speed. The last couple were taken 30min after the first few. I have included photos that show that no other gutter/road area has as much water lying there, and dont forge there is a drain hole beneath this lake! Mr Roost did ring me 3 weeks ago and we did see the 'drain-sucker' machine come and suck ( ? ) this drain and one further up the road ( which caused a gurgling of old water up and out of this new drain ) but as soon as it rained, we get a new lake in Higham Lane!

  • More pics of the drain that does not 'drain'! You cant see the drain because of all the rainwater!

  • So.....Mr Roost said he thought that there was not a blockage, I beg to differ! The drain was only installed in July!
