Bins on road

Reported via desktop anonymously at 11:00, Sun 3 October 2021

Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council and Kent County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3038709.

Someone's leaving two bins on the road when she's not home, and that's almost every day of the week. When one car is on Arthur street and one wants to turn into Arthur street coming from Sidney street, it's simply impossible to move, because the two bins are on the road taking the space that is needed to move around. The numbers on the bins do refer to the address of the owner, who lives on the corner of Arthur street and Sidney street. Bins are not designed for that kind of selfish use, for your attention with thanks.
