Flooding

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3038110.

All the drains are blocked along the A326 and when it rains constantly for a few hours it is flooding at the bottom of the hill Just waiting for a serious incident to occur due to the amount of water that accumulates so quickly
