Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3035265.

A blue people carrier registration KN56PHU has been left abandoned by the owners on Hodgson Close, Fritwell, OX277QB the car has no MOT and now no TAX presumably has no insurance. This case caused some low level anti social behaviour as the car is parked partially into a hedge. The owners of the hedge have previously tried to have the hedge cut back however the company employed to undertake that task were unable due to the car being in the way. The owners of the car have refused all requests to move it. It was returned 13 months ago by a vehicle recovery company 13 months ago after braking down and hasn’t moved since
