Bushes growing over footpath

It makes it difficult to walk safely along the footpath. A neighbour who is visually impaired says it is impossible for her to get to the shop at the end of the road without crossing the road twice because she can not get past the bushes safely.

    The issue is getting worse as the hedge is obviously growing now that it’s summer.
