Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3033273.

Every day the traffic that wants to turn into spencefield lane from uppingham road blocks the whole of uppingham road.there should be a roundabout or traffic light system to reduce the blockage and allow traffic to flow.
