Bush taking up nearly 1/3 of public path

Reported via mobile in the Other (non-highways) category anonymously at 07:24, Thu 30 September 2021

Sent to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3033210.

The front bush belonging to 65 Bach close is growing further and further onto the foot path, it often has roses growing out which catch you if your not careful and it makes passing with a double buggy and another person very difficult unless we walk across the green alongside it which is fine in the dry weather but when pouring down and trying to get kids to school would rather they not go in with soaking feet as walking on grass due to Bush in footpath
